We will create admin and support roles around you from within the following list of tasks, according to your interests and skills and our needs:
Fundraising – Research eligible grants, Conduct research into the performance of the charity (surveys, user feedback), Assist with designing and writing fundraising proposals.
Exhibitions and Picture Loan Schemes - Research and contact potential exhibition spaces, Help Curate exhibitions - themes, artwork selection and artists statements, create briefs, catalogues, labels and display information, Installation of exhibitions.
Process newly submitted artworks -
Photograph, sort and database artwork. Stewarding of Exhibitions
Organise trips and excursions for artists.
Photograph, sort and database artwork.
Merchandise - Produce cards from images of artists work (resources include photoshop), Help organise sales of merchandise including books
Social Media - Support and maintain Centrepieces Social Media accounts
Website – Help manage and update the current website, Help design and build a new website, Set up sales of artwork through the website.
Additional Office Admin as needed.
What skills do I need?
Please note that for this volunteer role, Centrepieces advises a minimum of 6 months to allow for the time taken to train up new volunteers and familiarisation with the project. we are looking for volunteers who are: IT competent; Reliable and committed; Public engagement focussed; Well organised

Availability Details
Depends on role, minimum half a day per week. Although we recognise that life can change at short notice, we would like to hope that you would be able to offer a 6 month minimum commitment
