Bexley women's aid has been supporting women experiencing or fleeing from domestic abuse since 1975. We have a refuge in Bexley which can house 5 women and children who have taken the brave step to leave the perpetrator and start a new life. At the refuge we have 2 gardens (front and back) that need to be tended. They need to have the grass cut, bushes trimmed and regular general maintenance. There is scope for improving and designing the gardens, with adding planting and garden features, so if you have a skills and knowledge to help us improve this important space for our residents, then please get in touch.

Due to the safety of our residents, we will inform you of the location of the refuge upon recruitment.
