Healthwatch Bexley is an independent organisation set up to champion the views of health and social care service users. It strives to make sure health and social care services are meeting local needs and to ensure the public’s voice is heard regarding how local services are run.

As an information and signposting volunteer, you will have a good knowledge of Healthwatch Bexley, who we are, what we do and the services we have available to the public. You will enter local health and social care services and ask to display posters and leaflets whilst engaging with staff and service users.

What skills do I need?

• Someone who is able to travel around the borough and into the office if required • A confident individual who is has a good understanding of personal and professional boundaries • Someone who is approachable, friendly with good verbal communication and listening skills.
