The Community Hospice is fortunate to receive donated items from our local community. Some of these items are perfect for online sales on platforms like eBay as well as Vinted and Depop. By volunteering with us, you can help to raise much needed funds to support local people and their loved ones too. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a positive impact, by helping the hospice generate vital income from the online sales of donated items. You'll be supported by a friendly team and have an opportunity to use your existing skills, as well as developing new ones.


What you will be doing

- Taking photos of donated items.

- Researching product details and assigning a value using the internet.

- Writing clear, engaging descriptions of the products.

- Uploading photos, descriptions, and prices to eBay, Vinted, or Depop.

- Liaising with Product Researcher volunteers via WhatsApp for specialist item research.

Full training will be provided.

What skills do I need?

Availability Details

One shift of 2-4 hours per week – or more if you have the time! We're looking for volunteers to help on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
