•Community group assistance -offering a friendly presence and practical help
•Supporting staff -by noticing if anyone needs extra help or a quiet moment
•Refuge support -cleaning and preparing rooms, organising donations & ensuring spaces are ready for new residents

•Encouraging a positive, inclusive atmosphere
You’re not expected to lead activities — just to support and be present.
