People consistently tell us that meeting others living with Parkinson's is the most important support they want locally. With your help, we can provide this in a relaxed, informal way at our planned new Bexley Parkinson's cafe.
We are looking to introduce a new monthly local meeting venue for people with Parkinson's to socialise together in the Bexley area in early 2026.
Once a month for a couple of hours mid-week we need your help to coordinate a new pop-in cafe.
As an active volunteer, you'll meet new people, bringing them together to share experiences and support one another - you included. You'll meet and greet attendees of the local Parkinson's community and help us to keep the cafe running smoothly in the future.

Good communication skills, ability to welcome people and make them feel comfortable.
Good leadership gained in a workplace situation.
Previous volunteer experience helpful.
Knowledge of Parkinson's, direct experience desired.

We are currently confirming a certain day/time for a monthly pop-up cafe - looking for maximum 2 hours per month during Monday - Friday 10:00 - 3:00pm potentially subject to availability of venue
