We are looking for keen and creative Gardeners and or Landscapers to support us achieve what we seek to achieve at Parkview Care Home. Parkview Care Home is keen to improve on and enrich the residents’ experience and wellbeing by transforming their environment and the two gardens within the compound of the home and the grounds surrounding of the home. We would like to make these more: interactive, colourful, sensory, productive and to improve access and usability of areas of the garden for residents with support of volunteers to grow vegetables, flowers and various perennial fruit trees. As we support vulnerable residents with dementia and learning disabilities, we will need DBS checks done. We would pay for this, and we would also require two references for the volunteers. - Equal opportunities policy
