Do you like getting out in the community and spending time with people? Do you want to make a difference to people’s lives?
We run a range of social activities for people with a learning disability and are looking for new volunteers to support the group to do the things they want to do. The members choose their activities so this is a varied role which might involve meals out, bowling, cinema, outings and much more. You’ll be supporting people with a learning disability to attend the group, take part in activities and make friends. It may involve starting conversations, supporting members to make choices, getting involved in activities and setting up/tidying away.
