Volunteer First Aid Coordinator

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping parents access vital first aid training? We're looking for a Volunteer First Aid Coordinator to manage and promote our First Aid courses. This is a remote administrative role that's perfect for someone who enjoys volunteering independently to make a real difference in their community. What you'll be doing: Deciding whether your branch will offer in-person or virtual First Aid courses. Coordinating with First Aid trainers to secure course dates (we suggest aiming for one course per month). Setting up courses using our online booking system. Promoting and advertising courses to local parents and NCT antenatal course attendees via social media channels and email. For online courses, you'll receive Zoom links from the trainer to distribute to attendees and provide the trainer with a list of expected attendees. Repeating this process to ensure a continuous offering of first aid courses.
