To support the befriending team with administration duties, contributing to the effective running of the service. This may involve collating and posting out information packs, answering phone calls, writing and sending correspondence, assisting with recruiting new volunteers, scanning, photocopying and general admin.

What skills do I need?

Be able to volunteer with minimum supervision and use own initiative, Good communication skills, Be comfortable volunteering in a busy office, Computer literate, experience in WORD and EXCEL Organised with a good telephone manner and people skills.

We do require two references. One employment reference and one personal reference.
