Youth Support Volunteer

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people?

We’re looking for enthusiastic Youth Club Activity Organisers and Youth Support Volunteers to join our vibrant Teen Connect program — a fun and safe weekly youth hangout for young people aged 12–17 in Thamesmead.

Be a positive influence — support and encourage young people, help build confidence, and keep the vibe fun and safe.

Help plan and lead exciting games, creative workshops, sports (including football), and themed sessions.

What skills do I need?

✅Good communication and people skills

✅ Friendly, patient, and approachable attitude

✅ Team player with a positive energy

✅ Passion for working with young people

✅ Reliability and commitment

✅ Any creative, sporting, mentoring or group facilitation skills are a bonus!
